At LUCENT, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
